In case that the hard drive stops running,please pull out the cable from the hard drive or devices.Then the hard dirve will automatically restart after secondary connection. APP Crashes Solution: (1) Pls log out"Photo Bank"app first. (2)After finish step 1 pls delete "Photo Bank"app. (3)Go to Apple Store to download the latest app again. (4) Make sure that your Apple device system is iOS 13 or above,Android system is 6 or above.

Falls die Festplatte nicht mehr läuft, ziehen Sie das Kabel von der Festplatte oder den Geräten ab. Die Festplatte wird dann nach dem sekundären Anschluss automatisch neu gestartet. APP Stürzt ab Lösung: (1) Bitte melden Sie sich zuerst bei der App "Photo Bank" ab. (2) Nach Abschluss von Schritt 1 löschen Sie bitte die App"Photo Bank" . (3) Gehen Sie zum Apple Store, um die neueste App erneut herunterzuladen. (4) Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Apple-Gerätesystem iOS 13 oder höher ist, Android-System 6 oder höher.
