Introduction
The H15 is NovaStar's newest generation of video wall splicer, designed for fine-pitch LED screens. It functions as splicing processors integrating video processing and control, or as pure splicing processors. The unit features a modular, plug-in design for flexible configuration and hot-swapping of input/output cards. Its stable performance makes it suitable for applications in energy, water conservancy, meteorology, enterprise management, finance, public security, traffic management, exhibitions, production scheduling, broadcasting, education, and stage rentals.
The H15 utilizes a powerful hardware FPGA system architecture with a modular design, ensuring stable, pure hardware processing. It offers a variety of connector modules for flexible configuration and easy maintenance. The device supports industry-standard input connectors including HDMI, DVI, DP, VGA, CVBS, SDI, and IP, with 10-bit video source processing and 4K input/output capabilities. It includes three types of LED 4K sending cards for backup and ultra-long distance transmission via OPT and Ethernet ports. Advanced features include multi-screen and multi-layer management, EDID management, input source renaming, BKG and OSD settings.
The H15 supports cross-platform, cross-system access and control via a B/S architecture, eliminating the need for application installation. It is compatible with Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, and Linux platforms, allowing for online collaboration and fast web page response. Online firmware updates are also supported for easy hardware updates.

Appearance
Front Panel
The front panel features the H15 branding and an LCD screen. The LCD screen is a touchscreen that displays menus, submenus, messages, device status, and monitoring information, allowing users to perform operations directly.
Notes:
- The product must be placed horizontally; vertical or upside-down mounting is not supported.
- The product can be mounted in a standard 19-inch rack, provided the rack can withstand at least four times the total weight of the mounted equipment. Twelve M5 screws should be used for mounting.
Rear Panel
The rear panel displays the modular design with various input and output card slots. Silkscreen markings indicate slot functions: 'I-x' for input cards, 'O-x' for output cards, 'I/O-x' for input/output cards, and 'MVR' for preview cards.
Input Cards
- H_4xDVI input card: Supports single link and dual link input modes, 10-bit input source, and 144Hz input. HDCP 1.4 compliant. Does not support interlaced signal input.
- Single link mode: Uses four DVI connectors, each supporting a maximum resolution of 2048×1152@60Hz.
- Dual link mode: Connectors 2 and 4 are used for input; connectors 1 and 3 are unavailable. Each connector supports a maximum resolution of 3840×1080@60Hz.
- H_4xHDMI input card: Supports 10-bit input source, accompanied audio, and 144Hz input. HDCP 1.4 compliant. Does not support interlaced signal input.
- HDMI 1.3 inputs: Four connectors used for input, each supporting a maximum resolution of 2048x1152@60Hz.
- HDMI 1.4 inputs: Two HDMI 1.4 connectors used for input; two HDMI 1.3 connectors are unavailable. Each connector supports a maximum resolution of 3840×1080@60Hz.

- H_4x3G SDI input card: Backward compatible with HD-SDI and SD-SDI. Supports ST-424 (3G), ST-292 (HD), and SMPTE 259 SD. Each connector supports a maximum resolution of 1920×1080@60Hz. Supports 1080i/576i/480i de-interlacing. Does not support input resolution and bit depth settings.
- H_2xCVBS+2xVGA input card:
