Product Usage Instructions
Auto Leveling
- Ensure the Home Screen is displayed on the Controller or mobile
app. - Wait for the Level Success! screen to appear.
- Turn off the ignition.
Retracting the Jacks
- Turn on the ignition.
- Choose one of the following methods to retract the jacks:
- A. Press Retract Jacks on the Home Screen of the Controller or
mobile app. - B. Disengage the Parking Brake to allow automatic retraction of
the jacks.
- A. Press Retract Jacks on the Home Screen of the Controller or
- Visually verify that the jacks have retracted, especially in
cold weather.
Installing the Mobile App
- Scan the QR code on the Touch Panel to get the app download
link. - Select the appropriate link for your mobile device (Apple App
Store or Google Play Store). - Download and install the Lippert Titan Leveling Systems
Leveling App.

LEVELING
Purpose
This document is an introduction to the basic functions and operation of the Titan Leveling SystemsTM Motorized Leveling System. For more system information, components, and vehicle-specific system manuals, navigate to https://support.lci1.com/lippert-motorized-titan-leveling-system
Procedure
Auto Level
The leveling system shall only be operated under the following conditions: 1. The ignition is on. 2. The coach “parking brake” is engaged. 3. The coach transmission should be in the park position. 4. All people and pets are outside of the vehicle. There should be no movement inside the coach. 5. On the Controller (or mobile app if connected via Bluetooth®) press “Auto Level” on the
“Home Screen” (Fig. 1A).
NOTE: When controlling the leveling system through the mobile app, the Controller’s display will mimic the app’s display.
6. After the “Level Success!” screen shows (Fig, 2), turn off the ignition.
Retracting the Jacks
1. Turn the ignition on. 2. There are two ways to retract the leveling jacks:
A. On the Controller (or mobile app if connected via Bluetooth) press “Retract Jacks” on the “Home Screen” (Fig. 1B).
B. Disengage the Parking Brake, and the Jacks will automatically retract.
NOTE: Always visually check that the jacks have retracted after running the “RETRACT ALL” function, especially in cold weather.

Installing the Mobile App
1. After scanning the QR code on the Titan Leveling Systems Touch Panel, select the appropriate link from the following options for the mobile device chosen to operate the system. A. For Apple App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/lippert-basecamp-leveling/id1602715378 B. For Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lippert&pli=1
2. Download and install the Lippert Titan Leveling Systems Leveling App (Fig. 3).

Sleep Mode
· If the app is closed, The Controller will enter Sleep Mode after 5 minutes of inactivity. To exit sleep mode, either re-open and re-connect the app, touch the Controller’s touchscreen, or cycle the vehicle’s ignition. NOTE: If the Smart Device app is re-opened, it must be re-connected with the controller in order to operate the leveling system. NOTE: When the Controller exits sleep mode, the screen will turn on. However, the buttons for operation will be disabled for 15 seconds. This is a built-in safety feature to prevent unintended operation of the leveling jacks. NOTE: The Controller will not enter sleep mode while the app is open on a Smart Device. When the app is closed, the Controller will enter sleep mode immediately if it was not touched within five minutes of its last operation.
