Installation Instructions
Please read the following instructions carefully before proceeding with the installation:

Consult a qualified electrician to ensure the correct branch circuit conductor.
Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker before installing the fixture to prevent shock.
Ensure all electrical connections are made by local and NEC standards.
If unfamiliar with electrical wiring, seek the services of a qualified electrician.

Assembly and Installation Steps

Attach the mounting bracket (6) to the outlet box(1) using box screws (9).
Thread two mounting screws (7) through the mounting bracket (6).
Pull out the outlet wire and ground wire from the outlet box and make wire connections as follows:
- Connect the smooth-coated wire (marked) or the Black wire from the fixture to the Black wire (3) from the power source.
- Connect the ribbed-coated wire (marked) or White wire from the fixture to the White wire (2) from the power source.
- Attach the house ground wire to the mounting bracket (6) using the ground screw (8).

GENERAL

All electrical connections must be made by local and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. If you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections, obtain the services of a qualified electrician.
Remove the fixture and the mounting package from the box and make sure that no parts are missing by referencing the illustration.

Attach mounting bracket (6) to outlet box(1) with box screws (9).
Thread two mounting screws (7) through the mounting bracket (6).
Pull out the outlet wire and ground wire from the outlet box, make wire connections with a wire nut (5) as follows:
- Connect the smooth-coated wire (marked) or the Black wire from the fixture to the Black wire (3) from the power source.
- Connect the ribbed-coated wire (marked) or the White wire from the fixture to the White wire (2) from the power source.
- Attach the house ground wire to mounting bracket (6) with the ground screw (8). Connect it to the fixture ground wire (4) with the wire nut (5).
Attach the fixture backplate (10) to the outlet box (1) through mounting screws(7), secure it with the rubber (12) and ball nuts (11).
Screw recommended bulb (E26 Edison/A19 bulb type, not included) into socket. Verify the correct bulb wattage marked on the socket of the fixture. WARNING: DO NOT exceed maximum bulb wattage.
To prevent moisture from entering the outlet box and the fixtures mounting plate causing a short, apply a bead of clear caulk to outline the outside of the fixtures mounting plate where it meets the wall. Leave a small space at the bottom to allow any condensation or moisture to escape.
Turn on the power.
