SAFETY TIPS:
- Position products while engine is off and vehicle is stopped.
- Ensure all people and pets are standing clear of vehicle prior to moving onte stack of Lynx Levelers®
- Never crawl under vehicle when Lynx Levelers® are in use.
- We recommend when using Lynx products to not combine with other materials such as rocks, wood, glass, cement, or any other products that are not from the Lynx product line up.
TANDEM AXLE RVS:
- SELECT a suitable flat parking area. Park your RV in the exact position it will be once it’s level. Remove any large stones or debris that will be directly under Lynx Levelers’.
- TURN off engine and set parking brake.
- DETERMINE which wheels need to be raised.
- STACK your Lynx Levelers” directly next to the tires that you need to raise. Make two pyramids rather than one big stack so you have lots of Lynx Levelers® left over for stabilizing.
- PULL your rig forward so the back tire is just ahead of your front pyramid.
SLIDE your leveler pyramids forward so they’re in line with the tires.- NOW roll ‘er back. Note that it’ll feel a bit bumpy before you’re sitting pretty on your stacks.
If you’re using a Lynx Stop ‘N Chock’ it will stop you in your tracks so you’ll know for sure when you’re perched perfectly.
But please, for safety’s sake, go slow when you’re backing up.
PRO TIPS:
Place a Lynx Stop ‘N Chock® wheel chock on your rear pyramid. That way, you’ll have some backing and know when to stop as you roll onto your pyramids.
You can also place a Lynx Cap* onto the center of your pyramids for a smooth, flat surface for your tires to rest on.
To finish off your leveling job, apply your second Lynx Stop ‘N Chock’® to your front pyramid and your tires are locked in place.
SINGLE AXLE RVS:
FOLLOW the same steps on the previous pages but instead of two pyramids, only build one.
DUAL WHEEL RVS:
FOLLOW the same steps on the previous pages but instead of two pyramids back-to-back you’re stacking them side-by-side.
Note: we recommend both wheels have their own pyramid.
One block will raise your RV 1.5 inches, but when interlocking another leveling block to the stack or pyramid it will add 1 more inch. We recommend not stacking your levelers higher than 5 blocks (5.5 Inches).
STABILIZING:
- ENSURE your RV is leveled and secure.
- PLACE your stack of Lynx Levelers®. right underneath your landing gear
- LOWER your lancing gear until it is firmly pressing against your Lynx Levelers’.
PRO TIP:
Use a Lynx Cap® leveler top for a smooth flat surface on the top of the stack.
