- Check the label on the car seat, stroller, or accessory.
- Find the Product ID on the CYBEX Online Shop:
- Go to the website and navigate to the product you purchased or are looking to purchase.
- Select the color of the product you would like to look up.
- Go to the Product Details section and copy the Product Code.
- Go to the Law Label Lookup page:
- In the search field, enter the product ID you found (either on the product or from the online shop), and click Search.
- The lookup tool will display detailed information about the product’s label, including materials and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure the product meets safety and legal requirements, including state-specific regulations.

| Only the red light flashes. |
| Red light is flashing and the LED spot next to the red light shines white permanently. |
| Meaning | Actions |
| The battery is empty. The stroller will decelerate permanently. | Please turn off the Priam & charge the battery! |
| No signal from the handlebar. Support is not working anymore. | Please fold & unfold the stroller. If the LED status remains the same please get in touch with your retailer! |

| Meaning | Actions |
| Error in the calibration of the handlebar sensors. Support is not working anymore. | Please activate the foot brake and turn off the Priam. Remove the weight on the handlebar and do not hold the handlebar. Now turn on the ePriam again. If the LED status remains the same please get in touch with your retailer. |
