Product Usage Instructions
- Pairing the Smart Button:
- To pair with Amazon Echo devices with built-in Zigbee hub, the smart button will blink blue/red. For other hubs:
- Press the reset button on the smart button five times quickly.
- The LED light should start blinking blue, indicating it’s in standard pairing mode.
- Using the Smart Button with Alexa:
- Single press: Register as Open in the Alexa app.
- Double press: Register as Closed.
- Hold the button: Toggle between Open and Closed.
- Troubleshooting:
- If the smart button becomes unresponsive or goes offline:
- Keep other hubs at least a meter away to avoid interference with Zigbee signals.
- Check Wi-Fi router settings for channel interference and consider changing to a different channel (e.g., channel 1 or 6).
- Refer to the Zigbee hub manual for troubleshooting connection issues.
- Adding the Smart Button to Apple Home:
