PPI ProceX Process Indicator with Alarm
Product Information
The Proce is a process indicator with alarms that can be configured to accept different input types such as 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-5V, and 0-10V. It has a resolution range of 1, 0.1, 0.01, and 0.001 and can measure values between -1999 to 9999 depending on the selected resolution. It also has alarm parameters that can be set up on page 11, with options for alarm types, hysteresis, and logic. The Proce also has operator parameters on page 0 that allow for setting up alarm setpoints. Additionally, the Proce has PV min/max parameters on page 1 that allow for setting maximum and minimum process values. The Proce has a front panel layout with a process value display and an alarm indicator.
Product Usage Instructions
- Configure the input type by selecting the appropriate option from the settings on page 12.
- Set the resolution range by selecting the appropriate option from the settings on page 12.
- Set the DC range low and high by selecting the appropriate values from the settings on page 12.
- Set the offset for PV by selecting the appropriate value from the settings on page 12.
- Set up alarm parameters such as type, hysteresis, and logic on page 11.
- Set alarm setpoints using the operator parameters on page 0.
- Set maximum and minimum process values using the PV min/max parameters on page 1.
- Use the front panel layout to view the process value display and alarm indicator.
- For electrical connections, refer to the diagram provided in the manual.
- For relay output, connect LCR to contactor coil for suppressing noises.
