Product Usage Instructions:

Pre-Installation:

Ensure your truck has been off with the hood up for at least 15
minutes before installing the module. Keep the key fob away from
the vehicle during the installation process.

Installation Steps:

Step 1: Connecting Module to Fuel Pressure Sensor

Locate the fuel pressure sensor on the passenger side of the
engine. Unplug the sensor connector and connect the module’s
male-end connector to the sensor. Then, connect the factory
male-end connector to the module’s female connector.

Step 2: Connection of Switch

Connect the switch to the small white port on the module
harness. Ensure all connections are secure and place the module
away from moving parts and direct contact with the engine.

Selector Dial Settings:

The selector dial should be plugged into the small white
connector on the module’s main harness. The dial settings are as
follows:

  • Low: Ideal for towing heavy loads and low traction
    situations.
  • Medium: Suitable for moderate towing and everyday driving.
  • High: Perfect for empty highway driving and best mileage
    gains.

The selector dial must remain connected to maintain your desired
setting. Avoid rapidly switching between settings for optimal
performance.

Troubleshooting:

If you encounter a check engine light or hard start issue,
follow these steps:

  • If a check engine light appears, ensure the ECM is asleep
    during installation. If needed, uninstall and reinstall the module
    or perform a full system reset by disconnecting the battery for 5
    minutes.
  • If you experience a hard start, check all connections to ensure
    they are secure and fully snapped in.

Important Pre-Install Info.

Be sure your truck has been off with the hood up for at least 15 minutes (no opening or closing doors) before installing your module.
*If your Truck has a Key fob, it must be away from the vehicle for the entire installation process.

Step 1
Locate the fuel pressure sensor on the passenger side of the engine; near the flexible rubber boot on the intake tube going into the air filter.
Unplug the fuel pressure sensor connector and the module’s male-end connector in to the sensor. Connect the factory male-end connector to the module’s female connector

Connection the switch to the small white port on the module harness. Be sure the connections have all snapped together securely. Be sure to place the module away from moving parts and direct contact with engine. (Either fender well areas are good module locations)

The selector dial plugs into the small white connector, located on the module’s main harness.

The selector dial must remain connected in order to maintain your desired setting. You can run the selector into the cab or mount it under the hood.

Your module performs best if you avoid rapidly changing between L – M – H setting

Check Engine Light or Hard Start

In the event you experience a “check engine light” after installing your PRO Module, it is most likely due to your truck’s ECM not being asleep upon installation. (refer to page 3 Pre-install) There are two options to remedy this issue: “hard start”
1) Uninstall your PRO Module and allow the truck to sit with the hood up without opening /closing doors for a minimum of 15 minutes. Then, Re-install Module per instructions.
2) Leaving your Pro Module installed, disconnect the negative terminal from the battery for 5 minutes for a (full system reset)
In the event you experience a “hard start” it is most likely due to a bad or partial connection. To remedy this issue:
* Check all connection, making sure they are secure and snapped in completely.
