This could be that your Zoom audio settings have not been set to use the headphone mic and incoming audio. Please check your Zoom settings first. Also, you can always check to see if the headphones are properly connected by checking to see if you are able to hear audio through the headphones when watching YouTube, etc. If yes, then most likely you need to make sure Zoom audio settings are using the headphone mic and audio out.
