How to Use i12 inpods:

FAQ’S
Please check if your phone supports Bluetooth 5.0 and make sure the earphones are turned on. Also, please try to put the earphones closer to your phone.
Turn on Bluetooth in your device, search for i12, then connect to i12.
It takes about 1-2 hours to charge fully.
About 2 hours talk time and music time about 2 hours (a pair of earphones use together ).

How to turn on /off the i12 TWS?
Power on: the two i12 TWS earbuds will turn on and pair each other automatically after taking out from the charging case.
Power off: long-press the power button.
Note: Delete the paired information: in pairing mode, 5 click the power button until LED-lit RED.
How to answer the phone call with i12 TWS earbuds? Answer/End call: press once power button. Reject call: double press the power button.
The i12 TWS will be matched into a normal red and blue flash of one headset, and the other headset will flash a blue light every 5 seconds. Step 3: At this point, you can connect to Bluetooth and use two i12 TWS headphones synchronously. Note: Repeat step 2 if the match is not successful.
After installing the app, open the lid on your AirPods’ charging case and a popup — similar to the one you get on iPhone — will show up on your Android device. Battery stats for the case and each AirPod will be displayed.
Step 1: Delete the left and right earbuds pairing information (Reset the i12 TWS). In pairing mode, 5 click the power button until LED lit RED. Step 2: Long press the function key for 5 seconds to turn on the i12 TWS. Step 3: Enter pairing mode, pairing time is about 5 seconds, prompt tone “pairing mode”.
Check your connections. If you have AirPods or AirPods Pro, make sure that the Lightning to USB cable is firmly plugged into the charging case and USB power adapter. Then make sure that the power adapter is correctly plugged into a power outlet.
