Vinyl Record Playing

NOTE: Remove the stylus protector.

  1. Place the record on the turntable. Use the 45 RPM adapter if required.
  2. Set the speed selector to the correct position for the record.
  3. Push the lift lever up to raise the tone arm, move it to the record side. The turntable will start to rotate. (If the auto-stop switch is off, the turntable will keep rotating).
  4. Lower the lift lever to drop the tone arm onto the record gently. Playback begins.
  5. Adjust the volume to the desired level.
  6. At the end of the record, or to stop manually, push the lift lever upward to raise the tone arm, move it to the arm rest, and then lower the lift lever.

NOTE: Do not manually lower the tone arm onto the LP to avoid damage to the record and stylus.

Auto Stop Button:

  • When the auto stop switch is ON, the turntable continues to spin regardless of whether a record is playing.
  • When the auto stop switch is OFF, the turntable stops spinning after playing ends.

Bluetooth Receiver Connect

  1. Ensure the auto stop switch is ON and the tone arm is in the arm holder. Activate Bluetooth. The indicator light will be blue and flash quickly in Bluetooth mode.
  2. Put your Bluetooth device (e.g., mobile phone, computer) into Bluetooth search mode.
  3. Your device should show "Turntable" in the list. Select it for pairing. After a few seconds, if pairing is successful, the indicator light will remain blue. Your music will transfer to the turntable.

NOTE: This record player supports Bluetooth input only, not output. To connect an external speaker, use a 2-male to 1-male RCA cable.

A diagram shows the rear panel connections: AUX IN, LINE OUT, DC IN.

Audio Jack/Aux Input Playing

Place the tone arm on the arm rest. Connect an external audio device (e.g., CD player) via the "AUX IN" jack on the back panel. The system will play the audio signal from the external device. The player automatically switches to "AUX IN" play mode when the audio cable is inserted.

RCA Line Output to Amplifier Connection

You can listen to music using the built-in speakers. To connect to an existing Hi-Fi system, use the RCA line output (not supplied).

  • Connect the red plug to the R/H channel input.
  • Connect the white plug to the L/H channel input.

Cleaning and Maintenance

NOTE:

  • Before cleaning or maintenance, switch off the device.
  • Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasives.
  • Do not clean the inside of the device.
  • Do not attempt to repair the device. Replace with a new device if it malfunctions.
  • Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids.

Replacing the Stylus Needle

Instructions with diagrams show how to:

  • Push the arm lock to release the tone-arm.
  • Take off the cap of the cartridge to expose the needle.
  • Separate the cartridge from the socket.
  • Take off the audio-line from the cartridges.

To fit a new stylus, perform these steps in reverse.

NOTE:

  • Exercise extreme care to avoid damaging the tone arm and audio line wires.
  • The stylus should be replaced periodically (approximately every 250 hours).
  • Clean records with an antistatic cloth for best enjoyment and longevity.
  • Dust the stylus occasionally with a very soft brush dipped in alcohol, brushing from back to front of the cartridge.
