How to Wear

Follow these steps to ensure a secure and comfortable fit:

  1. Place the earbud with the ear hook over your ear.
  2. Gently insert the earbud into your ear canal.
  3. Adjust the ear hook to fit snugly behind your ear. [Ear hook adjustment diagram]

First Time Use

PREMIÈRE UTILISATION

Place both earbuds into the charging case. Ensure they are seated correctly to begin charging. [Diagram showing earbuds in charging case]

Power On & Connect

To power on, open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode. [Power button icon ⏻]

For Android™ devices (with Fast Pair):

The JBL Endurance Zone will appear on your device when the case is opened. Tap to connect. [Fast Pair icon]

Note: Compatible with Android phones running version 6.0 or later.

For Windows 10 (v1803+) devices (with Microsoft Swift Pair):

A notification will appear when the JBL Endurance Zone is found. Click 'Connect' to pair. [Swift Pair icon]

For Other Bluetooth Devices:

Open the charging case. Go to your device's Bluetooth settings, select "JBL Endurance Zone" from the list of available devices, and connect. [Bluetooth icon ?]

Dual Connect + Sync

CONNEXION DOUBLE + SYNCHRO

You can use either the left (L/G) or right (R/D) earbud independently, or use both together for stereo sound. [Sync icon ?]

  • Stereo Mode: Use both earbuds for immersive stereo sound.
  • Mono Mode: Use a single earbud for calls or ambient awareness.

Multipoint Connection

CONNEXION MULTIPOINT

Connect to up to two devices simultaneously. The earbuds can automatically switch between connected devices.

To connect to a second device:

Tap the touch control on either earbud once [Tap icon ?] (Tap x 1) to enter pairing mode, then select "JBL Endurance Zone" on the second device's Bluetooth settings.

Maximum 2 devices can be connected.

Controls

Manage your music, calls, and voice assistant with intuitive touch controls on each earbud.

Left Earbud (L / G):

  • Tap x 1: Volume Up
  • Tap x 2: Play/Pause Music [Play/Pause icon ▶️⏸️], Answer/End Call
  • Tap x 3: Previous Track [Previous track icon ⏮️]
  • Hold (2s): Activate Voice Assistant (Bixby/Siri®/Others) [Voice assistant icon ?️]

Right Earbud (R / D):

  • Tap x 1: Volume Down
  • Tap x 2: Play/Pause Music [Play/Pause icon ▶️⏸️], Answer/End Call
  • Tap x 3: Next Track [Next track icon ⏭️]
  • Hold (2s): Activate Voice Assistant (Bixby/Siri®/Others) [Voice assistant icon ?️]

Enable advanced controls and customize gestures by connecting your JBL Endurance Zone to the JBL Headphones app. [App icon ?]

Power Off

ARRÊT

To power off, simply place both earbuds back into the charging case. They will automatically turn off and begin charging. [Power off icon]

Factory Reset

RÉINITIALISATION D'USINE

If you encounter issues or need to clear previous pairings, perform a factory reset:

  1. Place both earbuds in the charging case.
  2. Tap the touch control on both earbuds twice [Tap icon ?] (Tap x 2).
  3. Press and hold the touch control on both earbuds for 5 seconds [Hold icon ?️] (Hold 5s).

The earbuds will reset to their original factory settings.

Charging

EN RECHARGE

Connect the charging case to a USB power source using the provided cable to charge the case. Place the earbuds in the case to charge them. [Charging icon ⚡]

Charging Time:

  • Earbuds: Approximately 2 hours for a full charge from empty.
  • Quick Charge: 10 minutes of charging provides approximately 3 hours of playback.

Waterproof & Dustproof (IP68)

  • Ensure earbuds are dry before placing them in the charging case.
