CONNECTING YOUR MOUSE
- Wired mode – Connect the mouse to any of your PC’s USB ports using the charging cable to use it in wired mode.
- Wireless (2.4 GHz) mode – Connect the Wireless Dongle to your PC via USB Cable (It’s recommended to use a USB3.0 port for reliable performance) Change the switch position under the mouse to 2.4GHz mode
- Bluetooth Mode – Change the switch position under the mouse to Bluetooth mode. Then press and hold the Left Click, Right Click, and Middle Click for 5 seconds, the indicator light with flash blue. It will appear on your PC as a bluetooth mouse
To re-pair the IKARUS, press and hold the Left Click, Right Click, and Middle Click for 5 seconds, the indicator light with flash blue. It will appear on your PC as Ikarus.
- CHARGING YOUR MOUSE – Plug the USB Type A to USB Type C cable from your PC’s USB port into the KREO IKARUS. For best results, please fully charge the mouse before using it for the first time. The indicator light on the mouse will blink green when charging is underway.
- LOW BATTERY NOTIFICATION – The mouse indicator LED will blink red in repeated intervals to indicate that its battery’s power is less than 10% The indicator light on 2.4GHz
Dongle can also indicate the battery levels as follows – The indicator light will turn off once charging is complete and stay green till 70%.- 70% to 15% battery: The indicator light is yellow.
- Below 15% battery: The indicator light is red.
Press the DPI button placed under the mouse to cycle between DPI ranges. The indicator above the button will light up in the indicated color.
- Default Polling rate – 1000Hz. You can change to 4000Hz through software Kreo Ikarus comes with a dedicated 4KHz High Performance Dongle. It’s recommended to use a USB3.0 port for reliable performance. You can check your motherboard or laptop manufacturers manual for the USB port
Dongle Pairing Information
NOTE – The dongle is paired by default. You don’t have to do any pairing for the mouse out of the box. This is only required after changing the dongle or the mouse after any replacements. Activate Pairing Mode on the Mouse:
- Switch the mouse to 2.4GHz mode
- Press and hold the left button, scroll wheel, and right button simultaneously for 3 seconds.
- The mouse LED will start blinking in yellow, indicating that the mouse is in pairing mode.
- Pairing mode will remain active for 20 seconds.
Connect and Pair with the 4K Dongle:
- Insert the 4K dongle into a USB port on your computer.
- Open the Kreo Ikarus software on your computer.
- Click the “Pairing” button in the software.
- The mouse LED will switch from blinking to a steady light for 3 seconds, indicating a successful pairing.
- The pairing software will also display a success message

FAQ
- What is the default password for the PAX SP30?
- The default password is the day’s date entered in the MM/DD format. If this does not work, try entering the day’s date in the MM/DD/YYYY format.
- How do I reset the PAX SP30?
- Unplug the SP30 from its power source, then plug it back in. The reboot should commence shortly after.
