An Update On Blood Pressure Tracking – Based on user feedback on this site, we believe Koretrak has removed Blood Pressure Tracking from their product. This is likely due to the difficulty in accurately measuring blood pressure without a complete blood pressure cuff. 


To prevent personal injury or damage to your KoreTrak, read the following guidelines carefully to ensure proper usage:

  1. Avoid exposing KoreTrak to chemicals, sudden Impacts, and extreme heat.
  2. When cleaning KoreTrak, do not use any solvents that contain alcohol.
  3. Do not attempt to disassemble KoreTrak or remove the battery.
  4. If you feel any discomfort while wearing KoreTrak, loosen the wristband.
  5. It is not meant to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Warning: This device Is not a toy. Keep away horn children.

Although KonsTrak’s mechanism is cutting edge, there are inherent imitations with the technology that may cause some of the sensor readings to be inaccurate under certain circumstances. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, the user’s physical characteristics, skin perfusion, permanent or temporary changes to your skin, the nt of the device, and the type and intensity of the motion or activity being accomplished. If the sensor appears inaccurate, adjust the position of the device on your wrist and ensure that there are no obstructions, such as, body hair, din, tattoos, or other objects between the sensor and your wrist.


  • KoreTrak requires 20 seconds to get a heart rate, blood pressure, or blood oxygen reading.
  • For optimal performance, it is recommended to wear KoreTrak on your left wrist.
  • To keep KoreTrak clean, wipe it down with a damp cloth once a week or after physical activities.



  1. Hold KoreTrak in place on the outside of your wrist.
  2. Tighten the wrist band until you feel it has a firm grip mound your wrist, but not so tight that it cuts off circulation, then fasten the buckle.
  3. To remove the wrist band, loosen pin buckle.



  1. Remove the bottom wristband to access the charging connector with a twist and pull motion (refer to diagram 1 ) . You can find the connector side under the KoreTrak marked “USB” with an arrow pointing at It, the USB metal contacts should be visible (refer to diagram 2).
  2. Plug the charging connector Into your computer’s USB port or a wall socket with a USB adapter. Make sure your power source is at least 5V.
  3. If KoreTrak does not charge after inserting the connector, it may be oriented upside down. Unplug KoreTrak, flip it and reinsert the USB connector. When properly connected, KoreTrak will vibrate and will start charging.
  4. Allow KoreTrak to charge for up to 2 hours or until the battery indicator on the home screen is full.
  5. To reattach the bands, slide the wrist band pieces onto either side of the KoreTrak.
  6. Press firmly until you hear and feel a click. Note: You can locate the USB connector by looking at the back of your KoreTrak, there you will find markings of USB and an arrow. Make sure the KoreTrak USB connector contacts are properly inserted to the USB pod of your computer or USB adapter (refer to diagram 2 ). lithe KoreTrak semen still does not light up immediately after being plugged In popery the batten/ may be completely drained. Lm it charge for at least 5 minutes, the screen should light back up within this time. If KoreTrak still does not light up or charge after all these steps, please contact customer support. No charging dongle required.


  • Download the KoreTrak App onto your iOS or Android smartphone by scanning the OR codes below, or by searching “DayBand” in the App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Device requirements: iOS 8.0 and above; Android 4.4 and above.



You will have to pair your KoreTrak to your smartphone manually the first time you use it. After that, it will connect automatically anytime your device is within range. Your KoreTrak can store off-line data for up to 7 days before syncing with your smartphone.


  1. Open the DAYBAND app on your smartphone.
  2. Hold KoreTrak near your smartphone and go to Device page, click “Bind Bracelet”.
  3. Choose corresponding Bluetooth name “KoreTrak” 4. Connection completed.



  • To turn on KoreTrak, long press the function button at the bottom of the screen.
  • Short press the function button to scroll through apps. Long press the function button to select an app or exit out of an app.


Displays the time, date, weather, and your kinetic stats. Long press 3 seconds to cycle between different home screen configurations.



Records the number of steps you have taken.



Records the distance you have traveled.



Records the number of calories you have burned.



Measures your heart rate in beats per minute.



Measures your blood pressure.



Measures oxygen levels in your blood.



Measures your performance during specific exercises. Long press to enter app; short press to scroll through activities (Running, Cycling, Badminton, Table Tennis). Long press again to start or stop an activity.



Views incoming text messages from your smartphone. Long press to enter app; short press to scroll through messages. Messaging alerts support Twitter, Messenger, Facebook, Whatsapp, Hangout, Skype, Wechat, QO and Line.



Access to settings and other apps. Long press to enter the menu; short press to scroll through functions.



Displays Bluetooth version.



Helps you locate your smartphone. Long press to send a vibration alert to your smartphone.



Adjusts the display brightness. Long press to scroll through screen brightness levels.



Turns off KoreTrak. Long press to power down.



Resets KoreTrak’s data and restores factory settings. Long press to reset.



Records time. Long press to start timer; short press to stop. Long press again to reset timer.



  • KoreTrak will vibrate when you receive a call or text message. To activate this function, you will need to set it up in the App under ‘Device: o When you receive a call, KoreTrak will vibrate. Long press the function button to decline the call.
  • Message (e.g. Twitter, Messenger, Facebook, Whatsapp, Hangout, Skype, Wechat, QQ and Line.) alert needs to connect in ‘App” section. • Alarm function can only be used on the App
  • Stand Up Reminder is adjustable from 30 —180 minutes in increments of 5.
  • You can link KoreTrak data to Apple Health App.
  • And Device — selecting this feature will cause your KoreTrak to vibrate.
  • Shake to Take a Picture — this will allow you to take a photo on your smartphone by shaking your wrist.
  • Light Up — KoreTrak’s screen will automatically turn on when your hand is raised.
  • Distance Units — adjust by going to app, ‘Device’ ‘General’
  • Display Timeout —Adjustable by 5, 10, or 15 seconds.
  • Heart Rate — you can set up auto heart rate monitoring every hour.
  • Do Not Disturb — select a time frame where you can turn off KoreTrak’s vibrations, light up feature, or information push.
  • 24-hour Time Setting — adjust by going to App, ‘Device’s ‘General’
  • Safety Function — you will get a phone notification when you are away from your KoreTrak device. (This feature will not work if your Bluetooth is off.)


You can change the language settings directly on the KoreTrak band by selecting MORE and cycle through till you reach the languages. To change the language settings through mobile app, go to ‘Device’ →’General’ while connected to your KoreTrak.

    1. I am having the same problem. I get body temperature with that icon and I can’t find a way to get blood pressure at all.

      1. Just received my watch cannot find the BP on my watch either and there’s no information to let me know when it’s going to come back and that’s why I bought the watch and I think I want my money back

  1. My Koretech watch is about 4 months old. Last night, it went entirely black, and I cannot revive it. Although it was not low on battery, I recharged it during the night. It is still unresponsive. The Dayband app cannot locate it or revive it. I have not abused my watch. Please advise me how to restore its functionality. Thank you.

    1. I have exactly the same problem. My Koretrak watch
      is only black on the display and nothing has happened despite an attempt to charge.
      You cannot do any other reset either.
      Is there any trick to get this clock going again ???

I’ve been using my KoreTrak watch without any problems now suddenly the Blood pressure bit has disappeared from my watch – I can still see it in the app but when I press start it gives me a message saying “please connect device that support blood pressure” what has happened & how do i fix it please?

      1. I can no longer take my blood pressure my watch indicates bracelet not connected. it worked 1 month and nothing more. that was the reason for my purchase.

          Manual says get close to Windows 10 computer [how to they communicate?] Or set manually. Can’t find how to set manually.

      Can’t find how in any manuals.
      Customer Support refers to the manual that does not describe the process to set date and time.

  3. I have owned my Koretrak for about six months. I bought it because of the blood pressure monitor. Why did you take away this function?

  6. I also lost my BP setting on my KoreTrak! I’m so disappointed! What happened? It was about the time that there was some sort of update on the smart watch. How can it be restored, please?

  7. I lost the BP feature on two Kore Traks. Customer support said it was because we updated the firmware. We shouldn’t have. Oh really? Then how do I know we have the latest upgrades? i am really disappointed now. The BP feature is why i bought the traks in the first place!

    My Koretrak has also suddenly lost its np monitor. Would it have anything to do with a firmware update?

  10. Can anyone tell us why the Blood Pressure spot disappeared from my watch? How do we fix it. This is one of the reasons that I bought the watch. Do we need to reset back to factory settings to get it to work? See Mike Hill’s comment from June 21, 2021.

  17. The function measures blood pressure disappeared like that without warning! How can we put it back ?? Like a lot from what I see. Thank you for your answers

  18. My heart rate and blood pressure indicators don’t stay on long enough to read. It appears to be a problem with everyone. Everything else works. Desperately need a solution due to my medical condition.

  19. Do these comments get answered? I do not have B/P on my watch, it says temp! The watch does not keep time , I have to constantly sync with my phone to update time and now my steps just went back to zero!

  25. Device no longer connects to smart phone. Full battery. Tried various procedures, including those on HELP page. Lastly I removing app., cache memory on SP, resetting, unbinding. Reinstalled app and went through set-up again. On ‘add device’ screen app finds device; tries but fails to connect.

  27. I’m trying to figure out what town my Koretrak is showing the temperature for since it’s obviously not the town I love in! How to I change the weather setting to get an accurate read of the temperature?

  28. I’ve had mine about 6 months and in that everything has worked well. Except I haven’t been able to login back into my account and as of yesterday its no longer counting my steps. Help? Unfortunately, you cant reach anyone as they don’t reply.

  30. Why am I not getting my blood pressure? It was working when I first got it. Can’t get it back even when I reset the watch. I’m ready to send this back and get a full refund. The blood pressure was the main reason I got the watch. Answer please!

  31. My watch worked okay for 4 days then needed a recharge. The second day after recharging (batter icon showed full) the watch lost 1 minute. Watch lasted 5 days before needing to be recharge. Watch showed full battery and time was off by 5 minutes. The next day it was 6 minutes off. I’ve tried Reset and the Shut Down and the time keep loosing minutes. Tried Restart again, charged battery to full, and now shows military time (20:37) had been set for the 12-hour time, date Jan. 2nd (it’s Sept. 3, 2:36 pm). Not happy. My FitBit lasted 3 years, and just wanted a slim watch the did a few things.
    Also, when trying to reinstall the app I got the message that I needed to register – which I had done when the watched arrived.
    Had the app on my phone but it stopped working.

  32. your users have a lot of complaints and you don’t offer any remedies. Shouldn’t you be ashamed to offer such a product!!!
    Also, if you you have a bigger wrist and you need a longer wistband how does on go about it?

  33. I love my Koretrak watch. Everything works except the sleep and temperature. I can’t figure out how to use these features.

  34. Why does the app say I walk 45km for an hour on a morning when i dont – is it affected by using a hairdryer or driving? The watch itself is correct, its the app which reports incorrect information

  35. all the health functions do NOT work. Only worked for a week and not all I get is the time! I have had lung surgery and COPD I need these functions to wok, yet nobody responds and I am left with a worthless investment in my health.

  36. On the phone app for kore tech it shows your sleep patterns.
    That’s not on my kore trek version v000329. Is this not included on my unit or can I just not find it?

  37. I can’t even get my Kore 2.0 watch to turn on, the app locks up on the page that asks for gender, height, birthdate. Not happy with it, the first day i got it. Where is the support? They want me to pay for support assistance?
    I DON’T THINK SO!!!!!!!!
