Follow these steps for proper installation of your new faucet.
- 싱크대 준비: Ensure the sink surface is clean and free of debris. If replacing an old faucet, remove it and clean the area thoroughly.
- 데크 플레이트 설치 (선택 사항): If your sink has multiple holes and you are using the deck plate, apply a bead of plumber's putty or silicone sealant around the underside edge of the deck plate. Place the deck plate over the sink holes.
- 수도꼭지 장착: Insert the faucet body through the center hole of the sink (and deck plate, if used). From underneath the sink, secure the faucet with the provided mounting hardware (washer and mounting nut). Hand-tighten first, then use an adjustable wrench to snug it up, ensuring the faucet is aligned correctly.
- 급수관 연결: Attach the hot and cold water supply lines to the corresponding inlets on the faucet body. Connect the other ends to your hot and cold water supply valves. Hand-tighten, then use a wrench for a final quarter-turn. Do not overtighten.
