3. The fan will initially operate at minimum speed, and the light will blink if your fan has a light, indicating that you are in Learn Mode.

5. If you reset the controller to Universal Mode (mark "0") and later want to pair the controller again to a specific fan, you have to repeat the Learn Mode steps.
