1. Open the case at the back of the solar panel and take out the cable.
2. Stick three pieces of magic tape with double-sided tape on the back of the solar panel and wait for 5 hours for optimum adhesion.
3. Put another piece of magic tape with double-sided tape onto the back of your curtain. Make sure to expose it under direct sunlight and confirm its distance to be less than the length of the SwitchBot Curtain's cable. Wait for 5 hours to achieve optimum adhesion.
4. Stick the solar panel onto the curtain and connect the cable properly.
Alternatively, if your SwitchBot Curtain is already installed on your curtain track, you can follow these steps:
- For U Rail Type: Insert the stands into the gaps of SwitchBot Curtain's hook, ensuring the solar panel is securely hung. Connect the Type-C cable to SwitchBot Curtain.
- For Rod Type: Insert the stands into the gaps of SwitchBot Curtain's hook, ensuring the solar panel is securely hung. Connect the Type-C cable to SwitchBot Curtain.
- For I Rail Type: Insert the stands into the gaps of SwitchBot Curtain's hook, ensuring the solar panel is securely hung. Connect the Type-C cable to SwitchBot Curtain.
