1. Locate the temperature controller at the bottom front of the oven.
2. Press either the Up or Down arrows on the controller one time to enter the setpoint mode of operation. The display will start blinking, showing the setpoint temperature.
3. Use the Up and Down arrows to change the setpoint temperature to your desired value.
4. If there is no button press for five seconds, the display will stop blinking and show the chamber temperature.
5. After setting the temperature, allow at least one hour for the chamber temperature to stabilize and 24 hours for optimum stabilization.
