4. **Mounting:** Do not mount the valve in systems where the outlet side is open to the atmosphere. Always connect the outlet side to the system or cap it off properly.
5. **Welding or Soldering:** Before welding or soldering, remove the top cover with the function module to prevent damage to O-rings and Teflon. Ensure to remove all parts from the valve body before welding. Use compatible materials and welding methods with the valve body material.
6. **Manual Operation:** A magnetic coupling can be used for manual operation. Use a multi-function tool for manual rotation. The actuator can also be used for manual operation with the power supply connected.
7. **Insulation:** Insulate the valve and actuator only if necessary for energy considerations. No insulation is required for normal operation within temperature limits.
8. **Surface Treatment:** The valve is surface treated from the factory. Additional corrosion protection can be applied if needed. Protect the ID plate during repainting.
9. **Assembly:** Remove debris and dirt before assembly. Ensure the cone is fully screwed back towards the top cover. Use refrigeration oil on O-rings for easier installation.
10. **Maintenance:** Service intervals depend on operating conditions. The valve is easy to dismantle, and parts can be replaced by changing the function module. Do not open the valve under pressure.
