To connect the CIR-13PS ការបញ្ជូនតចំណុចប្រទាក់អតិថិជន to your meter, follow these steps based on the provided manual instructions:
1. Power Input: Connect the "hot" lead to the LINE terminal, the "neutral" lead to the NEU terminal, and the GND terminal to the electrical system ground. Ensure that the wiring is Phase-to-Neutral, NOT Phase-to-Phase.
2. Meter Connections: The CIR-13PS supports both 2-Wire (Form A) and 3-Wire (Form C) inputs. For a 2-Wire input, connect the K and Y wires from the meter. For a 3-Wire input, connect all three (K, Y, & Z) wires. Connect the respective meter wires to the K1, Y1, & Z1 input terminals on the relay.
3. Outputs: The CIR-13PS provides three 3-wire isolated outputs (K1, Y1 & Z1; K2, Y2, & Z2; K3, Y3 & Z3). Each output is rated at 250VAC/VDC MAX and current limited to 500mA. Configure the outputs for Long or Short pulses using Selector Jumper J3.
4. Customer Outputs: Two customer outputs are available at the bottom of the enclosure (K1, Y1, Z1 & K2, Y2, Z2). These outputs are dry-contact type and require an external voltage of up to 250VAC/VDC. The K-Y input results in a closure of all outputs, while the K-Z input provides continuity.
5. Utility Output: The utility output (K3, Y3, Z3) is located at the top of the enclosure. Similar to customer outputs, it requires an external voltage and operates as a dry-contact type output.
6. Maximum Power Dissipation: Ensure that the power dissipation of the outputs does not exceed the maximum rating of 50VA. Calculate the maximum current based on the voltage and adjust as needed to prevent exceeding the limits.
7. Fuses: Follow the guidelines for fuse coordination and sizing as specified in the manual to protect the circuit boards and ensure proper operation.
By following these connection instructions and guidelines from the manual, you can effectively set up and use the CIR-13PS ការបញ្ជូនតចំណុចប្រទាក់អតិថិជន with your meter for reliable performance.
