ដើម្បីកែតម្រូវប្រវែង iLOQ D5S cylinder using extensions, follow these steps as outlined in the user guide:
1. One Side Extension:
- Cylinder length can be adjusted in 5mm increments from 30 mm (basic length) to 100 mm by using extension pieces.
- One extension piece can be added to both sides of the cam for the D5S.2xx (Double cylinder), D5S.3xx ( xxxx cylinder), and D5S.4xx (Cylinder with dummy inside).
- Half (D5S.1xx) can be extended on the xxxx side only, while anti-panic cylinders (D5S.7xx) come with fixed lengths for safety reasons and cannot be extended.
- Do not use more than one extension on one side of the lock cylinder. Concatenating multiple extension pieces is not possible.

- Remove the three body fixing screws using a Torx 6 screwdriver.
- Separate the modules.
- Insert the round extension piece inside the housing extension part opposite the side with the black sealing, ensuring the recess is placed next to the black O-ring. Check for any damage to the O-ring; if damaged, use a new one from the spare part kit.
- Fix the extension piece with the fixing xxxx using a T10 Torx tool with a tightening torque of 2.5 Nm.
- Insert the lock unit with the extension piece back into the backbone of the cylinder housing. Fix the lock unit into the cylinder by reattaching the three fixing screws and tightening them with a torque of 0.55 to 0.65 Nm.
3. Both Sides Extension:
- The process for both sides extension is similar to the one-side extension. Follow the same steps outlined above for adjusting the cylinder length using extension pieces on both sides.
4. Long Neck Version:
- If using the long-neck version, in the case of extending the outside housing, only two screws can be used to fix the backbone.
- For doors with a complete DIN cut-out, it is recommended to change the long-neck backbone to the DIN backbone (A5.009) or turn the existing backbone from outside to inside for improved pulling protection safety.
By following these steps, you can adjust the length of the iLOQ D5S cylinder using extensions as needed for your specific installation requirements.
