1. Make sure the scale is switched on by touching the ON/OFF/TARE key. The entire display will light up.
2. Wait for about 2 seconds until "0 g" appears on the display, indicating that the scale is ready for weighing.
3. Press the UNIT key to cycle through the different measurement units: g (grams), lb (pounds), ml (milliliters), and fl.oz (fluid ounces).
4. Stop pressing the UNIT key when the desired unit of measurement is displayed on the screen.
Note: The scale can accept a maximum load of 5250 grams or 5250 milliliters. The weight measurement is displayed in 1 g divisions. If the total weight placed on the scale exceeds 5250 grams, "EEEE" will appear on the display.
