1. Ensure your device is connected to the router, preferably via cable.

3. Type "192.168.20.1" in the address bar at the top.
4. Enter the default username: "admin" and the default password: "password". If the password is incorrect, you will need to factory reset the router by pushing the Reset button on the back for 10 seconds.
5. Once logged in, you will have access to the router's user interface.
To add the correct settings for the Mercury network, follow these steps:
1. From the menu on the left, select "Advanced Setup".
2. From the sub-menu, select "WAN Service".
3. On the page, select the Remove tickbox for all connections and click "Remove".
4. Click "Add".
5. Ensure the following settings are changed:
- Wan Service Int Config: ETH4/ETH4
- WAN Service Type: PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE)
- Service Decription: (left as is)
- 802.1P Priority: 0
- 802.1Q VLAN ID: 10
6. Click "Next".
7. Enter your PPP Username: (your Mercury account number)@mercurybroadband.co.nz.
8. Enter your PPP Password: password.
9. Enter PPPoE Service Name: Mercury.
10. Leave all other settings as is.
11. Click "Next".
12. Leave the page as is.
13. Click "Next".
14. Select anything in the right box and move it to the left box.
15. Click "Next".
16. Click "Apply/Save".
After following these steps, you should now be connected to the Mercury Fibre network.
