1. Before applying power to the router, make sure you have connected all the necessary components for your application.
2. Connect the main cellular antenna to the ANT connector on the router's front panel. This is important as running the router without an antenna connected can damage the equipment.
3. If you want to improve the quality and reliability of the wireless link, you can also connect a second diversity antenna to the DIV connector.
4. Disconnect the router from the power supply before handling the SIM card. The SIM card reader is located on the router's front panel under a metal cover.
5. Use a cross-shaped screwdriver to release the SIM card cover. Unscrew the two screws holding the metal plate, push it up, and insert the activated data-provisioned SIM card into the SIM slot until it clicks into place. You can install two SIM cards simultaneously to utilize the SIM card switching feature.
6. Connect the router to an external DC power supply. The DC voltage required is between +9 and +48 V DC. Connect the power supply cable to the PWR connector on the front right panel of the router and tighten the locking screws.
7. For the initial configuration, connect a PC to the default LAN interface using an Ethernet cable. Use the ETH0 port on the router. By default, this interface has the following configuration.

9. The default user account is "root" with a password specified on the product label of the router. Log in to the web interface using these credentials.
10. Once logged in, you can perform router monitoring, configuration, and administration through the web interface. Refer to the configuration manual for detailed instructions and examples on router configuration.
Remember to change the default password for security reasons and regularly update the router's firmware to the latest version to ensure optimal performance.
