1. Install the camera in a location that can strongly accept the Wi-Fi signal from your home wireless router. If the installation location has a weak Wi-Fi signal, use a Wi-Fi extender to extend the network range.
2. Connect the power adapter to the camera and plug it into a power outlet. Make sure to use the matching power adapter cable provided with the camera.
3. Download the "SmartCam View" app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices).
4. Create an account in the app and tap "Add Device" to add the camera to your device list. Follow the instructions in the app to complete the setup.
5. During the setup process, you will be prompted to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network. Select a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the Wi-Fi password. Tap "Save" to connect the camera to the network.
6. Wait for the camera to connect to the Wi-Fi network. Once the connection is established, the camera will be added successfully to your device list in the app.
