1. Timekeeping Mode: Press the A key to activate the EL backlight for 3 seconds. Press the B key to select the Timekeeping Mode.
2. Time Setting: In the Timekeeping Mode, press the C key to enter the time setting status. The "Second" will start flashing. Press the D key to reset the seconds to zero. Press the B key to move to the next item in sequence: Second, Hour, Minute, Year, Month, Day.
3. Adjusting Time and Date: Press the D key to adjust the selected item. Once you have adjusted the desired item, press the C key to confirm and return to the Timekeeping Mode.
4. 12/24 Hour Format: In the Time Setting Mode, press the A key to toggle between the 12-hour and 24-hour format. The "24H" icon indicates the 24-hour mode, while "PM" indicates the afternoon of the 12-hour mode.
5. Alarm Mode: Press the A key to turn on/off the alarm. The "ALM" and "SIG" icons will appear to indicate the alarm and chime status. Press the C key to enter the alarm time setting status. The "Hour" will start flashing. Press the B key to move to the next item: Hour, Minute.
6. Adjusting Alarm Time: Press the D key to adjust the selected item. Once you have adjusted the desired alarm time, press the C key to confirm and return to the Alarm Mode.
7. Dual Time Mode: In the Dual Time Mode, press the C key to make the "Hour" flash. Press the D key to adjust the hour. Press the B key to make the "Minute" flash. Press the D key to adjust the minute. Press the C key to confirm and return to the Dual Time Mode.
8. Countdown Mode: Press the D key to start/stop the countdown. When the countdown stops, press the A key to automatically return to the pre-set time. To set the countdown time, press the C key to enter the countdown time setting. The "Hour" will start flashing. Press the B key to move to the next item: Hour, Minute. Press the D key to adjust the selected item. Press the A key to turn on the automatic circle countdown ("AUTO") function. Press the C key to confirm.
9. Stopwatch Mode: In the Stopwatch Mode, press the D key to start the stopwatch. Press the D key again to stop. Press the A key to reset to zero.
10. Chronograph Mode: In the Chronograph Mode, press the D key to start. Press the A key to enter the split function. The "SPL" symbol will appear. Press the A key again to get the first group record. Press the A key again to continue with the second group. Press the A key to read the final group (SUM) record. Press the A key again to clear the record to zero.
