To properly install and tighten the SMC KF∗ បញ្ចូលសមអនុវត្តតាមជំហានទាំងនេះ៖
1. Check the model, type, and size of the fitting before installation. Ensure there are no scratches, gouges, or cracks on the product.
2. Before connecting the tubing, take into account the pressure or possible changes to the tubing length and allow a sufficient margin. Failure to do so may result in fitting breakage or detachment of the tubing. Refer to the recommended piping conditions.
3. When installing the fitting, xxxx it in using the hexagonal face of the body and tighten it with an appropriate wrench. Affix the wrench at the base of the thread. Do not tighten near the tube side as it may cause collapse or deformation of the hexagonal face or damage to the equipment. After installing, confirm that there is no damage to the fitting.
4. When connecting the tubing, ensure that the tube has no flaws on its periphery and cut it off at right angles. Use SMC's tube cutter TK-1, 2, 3, 5, or 6 for cutting. Do not use pinchers, nippers, or scissors. Gently push the tube thoroughly into the fitting and confirm that it will not disconnect.
5. For fittings with a sealant, tighten the fitting by hand first, then use an appropriate wrench to tighten it an additional 1/6 to 1/3 turns. Refer to the provided tightening torque guide for the specific fitting size.
6. After tightening, remove any excess sealant that seeps out. Insufficient tightening may cause seal failure or loosen the threads. Fittings with a sealant can be reused 2 to 3 times. If the sealant no longer provides effective sealing, wrap sealing tape over the sealant before reusing it.
7. Regularly inspect the fittings for scratches, gouges, abrasion, corrosion, leakage, and tubing deformation. Replace any damaged components as necessary.
