1. Open the cover of the detector.
2. Place the detector within the direct range of your Z-Wave controller.
3. Set the main controller in (security/non-security) add mode (refer to your controller's manual for instructions).
4. Quickly press the TMP button on the detector three times.

6. The Z-Wave controller will confirm the successful addition of the detector.
Note: If you encounter any issues during the adding process, you can try resetting the detector and repeating the adding procedure.
