ការគ្រប់គ្រង៖
- Do not stack the ម៉ូឌុល unless they are still in their original packaging.
- Only use properly sized wrenches for the terminal and mounting bolts. Do not use hammers, chisels, files, or power tools.
- Avoid dropping the modules during handling, as it may cause internal damage.
ការដំឡើង៖
- The modules can be mounted in any orientation and are qualified for shock and vibration.
- Mount the modules in a manner that does not apply stress, torque, or twisting to the module housing.
- Use shims and spacers if any of the mounting points are more than ±1mm out of plane.
- For high-duty cycle applications, ensure that the modules are exposed to free or forced air convection for cooling.
- For high shock and vibration applications, consider additional mounting along the module's length.
- Follow appropriate spacing guidelines for mounting points in applications requiring ISO 16750-3 Table 12 or Table 14 level dynamics.
- Secure the modules in at least 4 locations when rack mounting.
- Consider the application and evaluate the final mounting requirements accordingly.
Terminal and Torquing:
- Each ម៉ូឌុល has 2 power terminals, one accepting M8 bolts and the other accepting M10 bolts.
- Use appropriately sized wrenches to prevent twisting while loosening and tightening the terminal bolts.
- Torque the terminals within 5% of the specified values: 20 Nm ± 5% for M8 and 30 Nm ± 5% for M10.
បរិស្ថាន៖
- Avoid exposing the modules directly to water splashes or conditions that could lead to freeze/thaw cycles.
- Protect the terminals in systems with voltages greater than 60V to avoid shock and corrosion.
- Consider mounting the modules in free air or forced ventilation housing for applications with significant cycling.
- Use an anti-oxidation agent on the aluminum terminals to improve performance and prevent corrosion.
- Design the application to prevent overheating of the modules and refer to the operational temperature range on the datasheet.
អគ្គិសនី៖
- Modules can be mounted in series and parallel with each other.
- Use modules with similar capacitance and ESR for series chains.
- Consider differences in ESR and capacitance when using modules of different types or ages in series and parallel configurations.
- Use appropriate size bus bars or cables and terminals for the application.
- Take precautions to prevent damage from overcurrent, as capacitor modules do not have fusing or internal circuit breakers.
- Maintain physical separation between power terminals or busbars and any signal lines in series string operations above 400V.
ការត្រួតពិនិត្យ៖
- The modules may have different monitoring configurations, such as digital overvoltage caution, analog temperature monitoring, or CAN network communication.
- Refer to the specific part number and the user manual for detailed information on the monitoring options and pin-out diagrams.
