(LLM) feature on your EVOCHARGE charging station, please follow the steps below:
2. Connect all the EVOCHARGE charging stations that you want to include in the LLM group to your electrical panel or circuit.
First In First Serve (FIFS) ។
4. If you choose the UD option, the output current of each charging station will be reduced proportionally to not exceed the main panel/circuit allowance. This helps balance the load across all the charging stations in the group. This option is suitable for situations where you want to avoid exceeding the electrical infrastructure capacity.
5. If you choose the FIFS option, the maximum allowable amount of output current will be supplied to each charging station based on the order of connection to the electric vehicle (EV). This option is suitable for situations where you want to prioritize charging for the first connected EV and allocate the remaining capacity to subsequent EVs.
6. Once you have decided on the configuration option, access the EVOCHARGE web
7. Follow the instructions provided in the user manual to log in to the web portal and navigate to the Local Load Management settings.
8. In the settings, select the LLM group that includes the charging stations you want to manage.
9. Choose the desired configuration option (UD or FIFS) and apply the changes.
10. The LLM feature will now be active, and the charging stations in the group will communicate with each other via unit-to-unit Wi-Fi to manage the load according to the chosen configuration.
By following these steps, you will be able to set up and configure the Local Load Management feature on your EVOCHARGE charging stations, allowing for efficient load balancing and avoiding costly electrical infrastructure upgrades. For further assistance, please refer to the EVOCHARGE Local Load Management User Manual.
