1. Make sure the meter is turned on.
2. Press the UNITS button on the meter.
3. The unit of measurement will toggle between Lux and Foot candles each time you press the UNITS button.
4. Keep pressing the UNITS button until you reach the desired unit of measurement.
The LCD display will show the selected unit of measurement, and all subsequent measurements will be displayed in the chosen unit.
