- Choose a location for the sensor that is at least 5 feet above the ground and away from any heat sources or reflective surfaces.
- Use the included mounting bracket and screws to securely attach the sensor to a pole or post.
- Ensure that the sensor is level and facing north.

- Open the battery compartment on the sensor by sliding the cover down.
- Insert 4 AA batteries, observing the correct polarity.

- Press the "SET" button on the display to enter the setup mode.
- Use the arrow buttons to select the "CALIBRATION" option and press "SET" again.
- Use the arrow buttons to select either "TEMPERATURE" or "HUMIDITY" and press "SET".
- Use the arrow buttons to adjust the calibration offset and press "SET" to save.
6. Additional Settings and Features:
- The user manual provides detailed instructions on accessing and adjusting various settings, such as units of measurement, alarm thresholds, and backlight settings.
