1. Turn on the device by inserting a test strip or pressing the power button.
2. Press and hold the "M" button for about 3 seconds until the year starts flashing on the screen.
3. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the year, and press the "M" button to confirm.
4. The month will then start flashing. Use the "+" or "-" buttons to adjust the month, and press the "M" button to confirm.
5. Repeat the same process to set the day, hour, and minute.
Note: The device uses a 24-hour format for time. If you prefer a 12-hour format, you can adjust it in the settings menu.
