1. Make sure the clock is connected to a 120V/60Hz AC outlet and the display is flashing "12:00 (PM)".
2. Press and hold the Time button and the Hour button together until the display advances to the correct hour. Release both buttons.
3. Observe the PM indicator to confirm if the hour is set correctly. If the PM indicator is on, the hour is PM. If the PM indicator is not on, the hour is AM.
4. Press and hold the Time button and the Minute button together until the display advances to the correct minute. Release both buttons.
5. The time is now set and the clock will start running.
