2. On your mobile device, download and install the Swann Security app from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).
3. Open the Swann Security app and create a new account or log in to your existing account.

Note: Make sure your mobile device is connected to the internet (either via Wi-Fi or cellular data) for remote viewing to work. Also, ensure that the DVR is connected to the internet and that port forwarding is properly configured if accessing the system remotely outside your local network.
