1. Press the tail switch halfway to turn on the flashlight.
2. While the flashlight is on, half-press the tail switch to cycle through the different lighting modes.
3. Each half-press of the tail switch will switch to the next lighting mode in the following sequence: high light, low light, and flash mode.
4. Release the tail switch when you reach the desired lighting mode.
