Showcasing a Legacy of Innovation and a Vision for the Future
Central to the '50xBeyond' event is an impressive exhibition of vehicles that highlight IVECO's legacy of engineering innovation and its continuous evolution towards the future. Historical milestones of the brand are represented by the first Daily model, produced on the IVECO assembly line in 1978, and the legendary TurboStar heavy-duty truck, an Italian bestseller and major player in the European market during the 1980s.
IVECO's commitment to a sustainable future is further demonstrated by the debut of its latest electric vehicles. The IVECO S-eWAY Artic electric heavy-duty truck, unveiled at the event, expands IVECO's electric heavy-duty truck lineup following the launch of the S-WAY Rigid in 2024. Combining the advantages of the S-WAY models, which offer a range of up to 600 km, with cutting-edge battery-electric technology, it provides an efficient zero-emission solution for long-haul and regional transport.
Two new electric vans are also being introduced to expand IVECO's electric light commercial vehicle range. These new vehicles are the result of a partnership with Stellantis Pro One, announced in March. The eJolly, a pure electric van in the 2.8-3.2 ton segment, is designed for urban driving and sets a benchmark for the medium-duty segment for all urban applications. The eSuperJolly, in the 3.5-4.2 ton segment, offers a range of over 420 km, an optimal payload-to-battery ratio, and excellent cost-efficiency, making it suitable for mainstream delivery fleets.
To commemorate this milestone, the unique IVECO S-WAY Limited Edition Anniversario is displayed alongside the main event area. Its distinctive exterior features include a 50th-anniversary sticker on the front, the Anniversario logo, and a grille in the cab color. The interior boasts custom mats, seat and seatbelt covers, and a leather dashboard with an Italian flag.
The limited edition will be produced in a run of 250 units and will be available in white, grey, and champagne colors for the Arctic 4x2 diesel model.
A City-Wide Celebration of IVECO World
On the final day, a celebratory parade featuring 16 vehicles that have shaped the history of IVECO and wheeled transport will proceed from the IVECO Group Industrial Village to OGR Torino. This parade honors IVECO's role in the life of the city across generations. Rare and iconic vehicles such as the legendary OM Taurus from the 1930s and 1940s, the versatile OM Leoncino, the Fiat 690, and the IVECO 330 ANW Overland, known for its expeditions in extreme terrains and climates in the 1990s, will be showcased.
Icons of modern power and performance, including the IVECO S-WAY Metallica and S-WAY models carrying Ferrari cars to races, will also be part of the parade.
A Milestone of Momentum
The '50xBeyond' event, celebrating significant milestones in IVECO's journey, reaffirms the brand's commitment to sustainability, performance, and customer success, positioning it at the forefront of the transport industry through the inspiration of 'spirito in movimento' (the spirit of movement).
