? NOTE: When installing or replacing the label roll for the first time, label position identification is required (Step 01). Failure to perform this step may result in printing issues like missing first labels or misalignment.
04. Guidelines for Use
- Open the paper compartment cover of the machine. [Open Cover]
- Take out the label paper, tear off the anti-loosening sticker. [Remove and Prepare Label Paper]
- Depending on the direction of the marking, place the label paper into the paper compartment. [Insert Label Paper]
- Pull out the label paper from the Paper exit by 5 mm for normal printing. [Pull Paper 5mm]
05. Boot Guide
- After turning on the power, click the power button to identify the label position. [Calibrate Label Position]
- The printer will output a piece of paper, indicating positioning is completed. [Positioning Complete]
? NOTE: Ensure label position identification is performed correctly.
06. Downloading the App
Method 1: Search for the "Print Master" app on the App Store® or Google Play™ for download and installation.
Method 2: Scan the QR code to download the app. (Note: Safari browser on Apple devices may require a built-in QR code scanner.)

07. Printer Connection
- Turn on GPS. (Required for Android mobile phones only.) [Turn on GPS]
- Open the "Print Master" App. [Open App]
- Click to search for the device. Ensure your label maker and mobile phone's Bluetooth are turned on. [Search Device]
- Connect immediately. [Connect Immediately]
? NOTE: The printer must be connected within the App after Bluetooth is enabled. Android devices require GPS permission for Bluetooth functionality. Ensure both the printer and mobile Bluetooth are active during connection.
08. Confirm the Label Size
Method I: Check the label paper packaging for size details (e.g., "12mm*40mm").
Method II: Check the label paper pads. Note that old and new versions of label paper may differ.
