2 Dismantling Instructions

Step 1: Overview

A detailed view of the back casing of the WL1400 LED Work Light is shown. The casing is dark grey, with several screw holes around the perimeter. A power button and other control elements are visible on the surface, along with markings like "21/01".

Step 2: Remove back casing

Description: Remove 6 screws from the back casing.

The image shows the back casing partially detached from the main body of the work light. Six small screws are scattered on the surface next to the casing. Inside the main body, the battery pack and a portion of the printed circuit board (PCB) are visible.

Step 3: Remove COB and SMD components

Description: Remove 2 screws and carefully remove the COB (Chip-on-Board) LED and SMD (Surface-Mount Device) components.

The image displays the detached COB LED module and a separate SMD component. Two screws are visible on the surface. The main casing is also shown, revealing the battery and PCB more clearly.

Step 4: Remove PCB

Description: Remove 3 screws and carefully remove the PCB.

The image shows the removed PCB, which includes the battery connector, various electronic components, and a small LED. Three screws are visible on the surface. The work light casing is now open, showing the battery compartment and internal wiring.

Step 6: Disassembled

The image shows the WL1400 LED Work Light fully disassembled. Visible components include the outer casing halves, the large COB LED module, a smaller electronic component (SMD), the main PCB with the battery pack, various internal mounting brackets, and a collection of screws.
