Notes

  1. The unit only contains a wireless microphone system; you need extra equipment to output the sound.
  2. Check if your soundbar or speaker has an AUX or MIC interface. Otherwise, connection is not possible. The volume of the AUX interface will be lower than that of the MIC interface, which is normal. If you need to connect other interfaces such as RCA, please provide your own adapter.
  3. If there is noise or electric current, please reconnect to ensure the installation is correct and the plug connection is tight.
  4. Please install the microphone battery correctly, paying attention to the battery's "+ -" direction.
  5. The receiver must be placed more than one meter away from the ground and the wall. The antenna must be perpendicular to the ground; otherwise, it will affect the receiver's result.
  6. When using the receiver, it must avoid dead spots and keep the receiver signal in good condition.
  7. Please hold the microphone carefully and do not drop it to avoid serious damage.
  8. Please do not use old and new batteries together in the microphone.
  9. If you will not use it for a long time, please turn OFF the system and take out the AA batteries.

Receiver Front Panel Features and Instructions

  • Digital Display (02): Shows Frequency, Battery Volume, Channel [LCD display].
  • ON/OFF Switch (03): Press for 3 seconds to turn on/off.
  • Battery box (04): Unscrew the bottom tube and insert AA batteries.

Transmitter Display Details:

  • Battery Display (BATT) (1): Shows battery power. When the battery is low, this icon will flash [battery icon flashing]. Replace batteries to ensure normal operation.
  • CHANNEL (2): Shows the working channel of the transmitter.
  • FREQUENCY (3): Shows the working frequency.

System Settings

  1. Power on the receiver; the LCD screen will light up.
  2. Pull up antennas A and B, making them perpendicular to the receiver.
  3. Use the audio cable to connect the receiver's output jack to an amplifier or active speakers' input jack.
  4. Install AA batteries into the microphone and turn the volume to the minimum. Then, turn on the microphone. The receiver will automatically match the microphone, and the RF LED signal indicator will light up [RF signal].
  5. Use the volume knob on the receiver to adjust to the appropriate volume. The system can then be used normally.

Common Troubleshooting

ProblemIndicator StatusSolution
No Sound or Sound is WeakTransmitter's display is not litTurn on the transmitter. Ensure the battery +/- poles are correct. Replace the battery if necessary.
Receiver RF LED indicator is litAdjust the receiver volume. Check the cable connection between the receiver and the amplifier/mixer. The product is primarily designed for MIC interface input; the AUX interface volume will be lower than the MIC interface, which is normal.
Distortion or SquealReceiver RF indicator is not lit. Transmitter display is lit.Remove nearby metal items from the receiver. Check for barriers between the transmitter and receiver. Move the transmitter closer to the receiver.
BATT icon flashingReplace the transmitter battery.
Receiver RF indicator is ON1. The microphone is too close to the speaker, or the volume is adjusted too high. Turn down the speaker volume or move away from the speaker.
2. Remove nearby interference sources (e.g., CD player, PC, digital device, in-ear monitor system). Change the transmitter frequency. Replace the battery. If multiple systems are used simultaneously, increase the frequency spacing.
