1 OVERVIEW

The HMC4000RM remote monitoring controller integrates digitization, intelligentization, and network technology for remote monitoring systems of single units to achieve remote start/stop functions. It features an LCD display and optional Chinese/English language interfaces, making it reliable and easy to use.

4 OPERATION

? [Stop] Stop Stop running generator in remote control mode; When generator set is at rest, pressing and holding the button for 3 seconds will test indicator lights (lamp test).
? [Start] Start In remote control mode, press this button to start generator-set.
☀️➕ [Brightness Up] Dimmer + Press this button to increase LCD brightness.
☀️➖ [Brightness Down] Dimmer - Press this button to decrease LCD brightness.
? [Lamp Test] Lamp Test After pressing this button, LCD is highlighted with black and all LEDs on the front panel are illuminated. Hold and press this button to eliminate the alarm information of the local controller.
⚙️ [Set/Confirm] Set/Confirm Function is standby.
⬆️ [Up/Increase] Up/Increase Press this button to scroll the screen up.
⬇️ [Down/Decrease] Down/Decrease Press this button to scroll the screen down.

6.2 REMOTE START/STOP OPERATION

6.2.1 ILLUSTRATION

By pressing a button on the host controller HMC4000, users can enter remote control mode to remotely control the HMC4000RM start/stop operation.

10 INSTALLATION

10.1 FIXING CLIPS

The controller features a panel built-in design and is fixed by clips during installation:

NOTE: Care should be taken not to over-tighten the screws of the fixing clips.

10.2 OVERALL DIMENSIONS AND CUTOUT

Fig.4 Case Dimensions and Panel Cutout Description: The diagram shows the controller's external dimensions: 135mm width, 110mm height, and 44mm depth. The required panel cutout dimensions are 116mm width and 90mm height.

11 TROUBLESHOOTING
