Assembly

Step 1: Unfolding the Bike

Unfold the Radius Pro E-Bike and lock the latch in the center of the bike frame. Ensure that the connecting wires are recessed into the pass-through holes to prevent them from being pinched when the frame is locked in the unfolded position.

Step 2: Connecting the Handlebars

Insert the handlebar stem into the recessed hole above the front wheel. Lift the handlebar into the upright position before pressing down on the latch to lock it in place. Align the handlebar and front wheel so that the front wheel is perpendicular to the back wheel. Unlatch the handlebar and fold it down to reveal the locking bolt. Securely tighten the locking bolt using the larger Allen key tool provided. Finally, lift the handlebar into the upright position and lock it by pressing down on the lever until it snaps closed.

Assembly (continued)

Step 3: Attaching the Seat

Loosen the seat angle bolt using the provided wrench tool and adjust the seat to a comfortable upright position. Tighten the seat angle bolt to secure the seat position. The seat clamp can be loosened to attach or remove the seat, and the seat height can be adjusted for comfort. Once the seat is at the desired height, close and tighten the seat clamp to ensure it stays securely in place. Note: Twist the pin on the seat clamp to adjust its tension for locking the seat height.

Step 4: Assembly Complete

Your Voyager Radius Pro Electric Bike assembly is now complete.

Charging the Battery

Before riding, ensure the battery is charged by following these steps:

  1. Remove the rubber gasket covering the charging port, then connect the charger.

  3. The LED light on the charger turns RED while charging and GREEN when charging is complete.

Charging Port Description: The charging port is located on the bike frame and is covered by a rubber gasket.

  • To maximize battery lifespan, unplug the charger once the battery is fully charged.
  • Ensure the charging port is covered after charging to protect it from dirt and debris.
  • Charge the battery at least once per month.
  • Do not power on the bike while charging the battery.

Before You Ride

Before riding, it is important to check that your bike fits properly. Riding a bike that does not fit can endanger the rider and increase the risk of accidents or injury. If the bike does not fit properly, contact the place of purchase to replace it with a suitable model.

Appropriate Frame Height Measurement

To ensure rider safety and comfort, there should be a minimum clearance of 1 inch between the top tube of the bicycle and the rider's crotch when straddling the bike with both feet flat on the ground. Women may use a men's style bicycle to determine the correct clearance measurement for a women's style bicycle.

Care & Maintenance

Maximizing Range

Your bike has a maximum range of 18 miles on a fully charged battery. Factors reducing range include:

  • Rider Weight: Suitable for riders 300 lbs and under. Heavier riders require more power.
  • Surface and Weather Conditions: Ride on smooth, flat surfaces in clear, dry conditions for maximum range.
  • Temperature: Extreme temperatures affect battery performance.
  • Maintenance: Ensure the bike is in good condition and tires are properly inflated.
  • Riding Style: Avoid sudden stops and frequent starting/stopping to maximize battery life.

Keeping Your Bike Clean

Clean your bike with a slightly damp cloth and ensure it is completely dry before use. Do not use harsh chemicals or detergents, and never submerge the bike in water.

Battery Maintenance

Keep the bike and battery away from excessive heat, fire, flames, physical shock, or excessive water/moisture. Do not attempt self-repair. Contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician for service.

Tire Maintenance

Check tire pressure regularly. Both front and rear tires should have a pressure of 2.8 Bar (~40psi). Contact a qualified bicycle repair technician for tire replacement.

Storage

Store your bike in a cool, dry place, away from dust and debris. Charge the battery at least once per month. Do not charge in cold environments below 50°F.
