Below are the first steps you need to take to get your new Viz CaptureCast™ up and running.

Setting up the Viz CaptureCast

Step 1: Connect Keyboard & Mouse

Release the Vizrt faceplate using the button located on the left side of the unit to reveal the front connections. Connect your keyboard and mouse to the available ports.

Step 2: Connect Network Cable

Connect the network cable to the network port located on the unit's backplane.

Step 3: Connect Your Display

Connect the USB-C cable to your display and then connect the display to its power outlet.

Step 4: Connect Viz CaptureCast to Power

Connect the mains power cable to the Viz CaptureCast unit and press the power button. Once powered on, re-attach the faceplate to the unit.

Step 5: Log In

Once the Viz CaptureCast is powered up, click on the default user account: capturecast_customer. Type in the default password: customer101 and press Enter.
