Remote Control Guide
The system settings can be accessed using the provided remote control. The functions of the remote control buttons are as follows:

Quick Start Guide
The device comes with a default slideshow. To update content, use the "Turn on Magicplayer" button on the remote, then press the "Magicplayer menu" button to enter system settings.
The Magicplayer interface features several icons:

Select "Clear program" to remove the default slideshow. The Magicplayer home screen will then appear, which is the default state when no slideshow is loaded.
Updating Content via USB
The quickest way to get started is by storing videos and images on a USB drive ?. Once plugged in, the content will play in a loop automatically.

Updating Content via LedArt mobile app
This method requires a smartphone with Android 4.0+ or iOS 7.0+.
LedArt Installation: Users can scan a QR code (not provided here) or search for "LedArt" in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download and install the app.
Digital Screen Wi-Fi Connection: The Magicplayer turns on a Wi-Fi hotspot ? on the digital screen. This is accessed via the remote control by selecting the Wi-Fi hotspot option and turning it on. The screen will display its hotspot name and a default password, which can be changed.
Note: If connecting via a network cable (LAN), this Wi-Fi setup step can be skipped.
The app interface shows connection status and device details. Users can connect to the screen's hotspot via their phone's Wi-Fi settings.
To create a new program:
In the LedArt app, navigate to the "Program" section. Click "New Display" then "Add" ➕ to begin creating content. The screen name can also be renamed.
Content can be added as images, videos, text, or clocks. The display area can be adjusted. Programs can be sent to the screen via the "Send" button.
Add images and/or video: Click the "+" icon ➕ to add media. The area can be enlarged, and multiple items can be added. Content plays in a loop.
Add text: Click "+" ➕ to add a text area. Text can be customized with font type, size, color, duration, animation effects, and background color.
Time display: Click "+" ➕ to add a clock area. Date, day, seconds, font type, and size can be adjusted. Text and time can be displayed independently or overlaid.
Layer overlay: The bottom layer (image/video) is added first, with subsequent elements (text, clock) overlaid on top.
Program broadcast control settings: Within the program editing interface, settings for background music, broadcast date, time, week, and duration can be configured.
Using the LedArt remote control function
The LedArt app allows remote control of the digital screen. Navigate to the "Device" section, then click "Remote". This enables functions like on/off, program switching, play/pause, volume, and brightness adjustment.
The app provides an on-screen remote interface with buttons corresponding to:

Time Correction
To correct the time, select the "Device" module and then "Time Correction".
There are three time modes:
- Automatic synchronization: If the controller is connected to the Internet, the time synchronizes automatically.
- Use system provided time: Synchronizes the time with your phone.
- Manual modification: Allows manual setting of the date and time if the above options are not enabled.
Device Lock
To enable device lock, select the "Device" module and click "Device Lock". A password will be required each time a program is sent to the screen.
System Upgrade
To upgrade the system, select the "Device" module, click "System Upgrade", and choose a version to download and install. The version needs to be downloaded in "Download Management" within the "Settings" module.
Digital Screen System Settings
1. Network Settings
Wireless network: The controller connects via Wi-Fi ?, obtaining an IP address automatically from the router. A fixed IP cannot be set.
Wired network: The controller connects via a network cable, obtaining an IP address automatically or allowing a fixed IP to be set.
2. System Control
- Brightness setting: Adjusts LCD screen brightness.
- Switch screen setting: Sets the screen switching time.
- Volume setting: Adjusts the LCD screen volume.
3. Advanced Options
- Storage location: Specifies where programs are stored.
- Screen rotation: Supports rotation of 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°.
- Multi-machine synchronization: Allows multiple screens to play the same content and progress.
- Date and time: Sets the player's date and time. Automatic adjustment synchronizes with internet time if enabled.
- Control password: Requires a password to enter the system settings interface from play mode.
4. System Mode
System mode: Offers stand-alone mode and internet mode (internet mode is under development).
- Storage location: Where the program is stored.
- Playing time: Duration for displaying pictures (e.g., 5s per picture). Can be set via app.
- Filling style: How video/images are displayed (full screen or scaled).
Additional settings include special effects (random, pan, etc.), clear immediately option, and special effect time.
5. Wi-Fi Hotspot ?
Enables the phone to connect to the player's Wi-Fi for control. Settings include hotspot name, password mode (fixed/random), and display position.
6. System Language
Allows selection of system language, with options including English and Chinese Simplified (中文简体).
7. Play Now ▶️
Exits system settings and starts program playback immediately.
8. Empty Program ❌
Clears the content currently being played by the device.
9. Restart ⏻
Press twice to restart the controller.
10. Network Diagnosis ℹ️
Performs network diagnostics. The output may indicate connection status, e.g., "No active network!".

Displays device information such as Device Name, Device ID, System Version, Software Version, Kernel Version, and Total Capacity.

Q: How can I convert my video to a compatible format?
A: If a video file is not playing correctly or does not meet the requirements of the Supported Video Formats table, use the free Video Converter tool, "Format Factory".
Step 1: Download and install "Format Factory" software for Windows Vista/7/8/10/11 from format-factory.en.softonic.com.
Step 2: Open the installed Format Factory software.
Step 3: On the left-hand pane, select 'MP4' under the 'Video' category.
Step 4: Click the 'Add Files' button.
Step 5: Select the video file you wish to convert and click 'Open'.
Step 6: Click 'Output Setting'.
