HOW TO CONNECT IT?
Step 1: Enable Bluetooth
On your smartphone, navigate to the settings and turn on the Bluetooth function. [Bluetooth symbol ?]
Step 2: Download the FitCloudPro App
Search for and download the "FitCloudPro" application from your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Step 3: Add Device in App
Open the FitCloudPro app and tap the "+ Add Peripheral Now" option.
Step 4: Connect to EW5
In the app, locate your device named "EW5" (with its MAC address AF:40:AE:16:6A:1D) from the list of available devices and tap "CONNECT".
Step 5: Confirm Pairing
A Bluetooth pairing request will appear on your phone. Tap "Pair" to confirm the connection.
Step 6: Grant Permissions
Allow the EW5 device to access your phone's contacts and receive notifications. This ensures you can see calls and messages on your watch. Tap "Allow" for notification access.
Step 7: Enable Call Audio
On the EW5 smartwatch, ensure that "Call audio" is enabled to allow for phone calls directly from the watch.
Step 8: Ready for Calls
Your EW5 smartwatch is now successfully connected and ready for Bluetooth dial calls.
