LTS Factory Reset Camera - Button Guide

This guide provides instructions for performing a factory reset on various LTS CMIP series cameras using the physical reset button.

General Reset Procedure

  1. Disconnect the camera from its power source (either the POE Cable or the 12v DC adapter).
  2. Locate and press and hold the reset button on the camera.
  3. While continuing to hold the reset button, reconnect the camera to power.
  4. Hold the reset button for approximately 30-40 seconds, then release it.

Camera Model Specifics

CMIP33** Series & CMIP38** Series

The reset button is typically located on the underside of the camera. An image shows a close-up of the reset button with a red arrow pointing to it.

CMIP30** Series

CMIP98** Series

CMIP78** Series
