LTS Factory Reset Camera - Button Guide
This guide provides instructions for performing a factory reset on various LTS CMIP series cameras using the physical reset button.

General Reset Procedure
- Disconnect the camera from its power source (either the POE Cable or the 12v DC adapter).
- Locate and press and hold the reset button on the camera.
- While continuing to hold the reset button, reconnect the camera to power.
- Hold the reset button for approximately 30-40 seconds, then release it.
Camera Model Specifics
CMIP33** Series & CMIP38** Series
The reset button is typically located on the underside of the camera. An image shows a close-up of the reset button with a red arrow pointing to it.
CMIP30** Series
The reset button is accessible via a small port on the cable connecting to the camera. An image shows a close-up of the cable connector with a red arrow pointing to the reset button within the port.
CMIP98** Series
The reset button is located in a recessed slot on the camera body. An image shows the back of the camera with a red arrow indicating the location of the reset button.
CMIP78** Series
The reset button is found on the camera's base, often under a dome cover. An image shows the camera base with a red arrow pointing to the reset button.
CMIP73** Series
The reset button is located on the internal circuit board of the camera, accessible after removing a cover. An image shows the internal components with a red arrow pointing to the reset button on the board.
