This guide provides essential steps for connecting your Ajax Online Smart WIFI Device to the Smart Life or Tuya application. Ensure your Wi-Fi connection is on the 2.4 GHz band for successful pairing.
Getting Started:
- Download and register an account on the Smart Life or Tuya App.
- Select the "+" icon within the app.
- Choose "Lighting" under the "Lighting" category.
Pairing Process:
- Confirm that the indicator light on your device is flashing rapidly. If not, turn the device OFF/ON three times.
- Enter your Wi-Fi credentials for your home network. Verify that the network is 2.4 GHz. For assistance, please contact Ajax Online.
- Wait for the device to be discovered by the app.
- Once discovered, rename the device and select "Done".
