XCMG XCT100_M Truck Crane: Basic Technical Specifications

Chassis

Frame: Designed and manufactured by XCMG, featuring an anti-torsion box structure with optimal load-bearing design, constructed from imported high-strength steel.

Outriggers: Four K-shaped outriggers with lateral and vertical control via hydraulic systems. Electronic control consoles on both sides of the chassis include level indicators, lighting, and speed adjustment buttons. Outrigger cylinders are equipped with one-way valves, and vertical outriggers have a two-way hydraulic lock. Float dimension: φ450mm. Reaction force of outrigger at max. lifting load: 820kN.

Engine: MC11.39-30, an in-line six-cylinder water-cooled EFI diesel engine manufactured by CHINA NATIONAL HEAVY DUTY TRUCK GROUP CO., LTD. Rated power: 290kW/1900rpm. Max. torque: 1900Nm/1000-1400rpm. Complies with National III emission standards. Fuel tank capacity: 320L.

Transmission: Manual transmission with 10 forward and 2 reverse speeds, equipped with a synchronizer. Made by Shaanxi Fast Gear Co., Ltd.

Axles: Four-axle chassis. Axles 1 and 2 are high-strength load-bearing axles for steering. Axles 3 and 4 are steering and driving axles, manufactured by renowned makers using advanced foreign technology.

Suspension: Leaf spring balanced suspensions for the front axle. Dual longitudinal arm leaf spring balanced suspensions for the rear axle.

Tires: 8 tires plus 1 spare. Each axle is equipped with single tires. Manufactured by Double Coin, offering large bearing capacity. Tire specifications: 385/95R25.

Brakes: Service braking: double-circuit air pressure brake operated by foot pedal. Parking brake: spring-loaded air chamber brake acting on axles 3 and 4. Auxiliary brake: engine exhaust brake and engine retarder brake.

Steering: All-wheel steering. Axles 1 and 2 are mechanically steered with hydraulic power assistance. Axles 3 and 4 are steered via cylinder control.

Cab: New full-dimension enclosed cab, designed for luxury and comfort. It is leakproof, anti-corrosive, and shockproof. Features include a wide-view windshield, sliding door, adjustable seat, sun shield, wipers, top fence, pull-out step, load moment limiter, accelerator pedal, activate switch, air conditioner, and radio. A 2kg fire extinguisher is included for domestic use, and a 6kg extinguisher for export.

Electrical System: 24V DC, negative ground, powered by 2 batteries. Alternator: 28V-80A.

Superstructure

Frame: Designed and manufactured by XCMG, made of high-strength steel.

Hydraulics: Electric proportional variable pump driven by the engine, used for lifting, elevating, and telescoping operations. A closed pump drives the slewing operation. Features proportional solenoid valves, air-cooled hydraulic oil cooler, and an 840L oil tank.

Operation Mode: Pilot electric proportional control for superstructure operations. Utilizes PLC integrated intelligent control technology and CANBus control network for normal control, real-time monitoring, fault diagnostics, and fuzzy inquiry of working conditions.

Main Winch System: Hydraulic control for speed regulation. Driven by a hydraulic motor through a planetary gear reducer with a normally closed brake, balanced valve, and grooved drum.

Auxiliary Winch System: Hydraulic control for speed regulation. Driven by a hydraulic motor through a planetary gear reducer with a normally closed brake, balanced valve, and grooved drum.

Slewing System: Single-row four-point ball contact external tooth slewing ring driven by a hydraulic motor through a planetary gear reducer. Features a normally closed brake and allows continuous 360° slewing. Power control or free slewing functions are available with infinitely regulated slewing speed.

Elevating System: Single cylinder with a balance valve featuring load compensation. Utilizes a newly designed system combining external oil pressure-controlled free-fall with a rod chamber pressure-controlled balance valve.

Safety Devices: Hydraulic balance valve, hydraulic relief valve, double-way hydraulic valve, load moment limiter, rope-end limiter, height limiter, anemometer, and winch camera.

Combined Counterweight: Total weight is 29t. Configurations include 6.5t, 15.5t, 21.6t, and 29t counterweights.

Boom System

Main Boom: 6-section, U-shape cross section, welding structure with a single-plate boom head and compact boom tail. Single-cylinder pinning telescoping system. Boom length: 12.4m~58m.

Jib: Consists of a connecting bracket, rotating bracket, and two lattice sections. Offers three offset angles: 0°, 15°, and 30°. Stowed along the side of the boom. Jib length: 10.8m/18.3m.

Single Top: Fitted at the boom head for single line operation. Lifting performance is the same as the main boom, but the maximum lifting load does not exceed 7,000 kg.

Boom Extension: Lattice welding structure, fitted at the boom head. Boom extension length: 7m.

Independent Jib Head: Lattice welding structure, fitted at the boom head. Independent jib head length: 7m.

Hook Block: 100 ton capacity.

Weight

Axle Weights: Each axle supports 12t. Total weight: 48t.

Hook Weights: Various hook options are available, including 100t, 80t, 50t, and 7t, with different line counts and dimensions. (See table for details).
