A:
- Press the on/off button at the bottom of the power bank to activate it.
- Check the remaining power by observing the power indicator.
- If the issue persists, please contact support.
Q: Is it normal for the power bank to get slightly warm during use?
A: Slight heating due to efficiency losses in the conversion circuit is normal. The temperature of this RORRY Power Bank meets the temperature limits of the UL2056 certification standard.
Q: Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?
A: Capacity reduction during charging is due to a 30% to 45% energy loss in battery cells and conversion circuitry. A fully charged 5000mAh RORRY Power Bank offers an estimated 2800mAh to 3000mAh to power devices.
Q: Can the power bank charge iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods simultaneously?
